Avenorea is operated by FOOK WING HONG TRADING COMPANY LIMITED. The online store is hosted through Shopify.

By visiting the website, using the Services, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced below.

  • Pattern placement may differ according to product size.

Product images are illustrative and do not guarantee an identical appearance in every environment.

Measuring and Product Selection

Customers are responsible for measuring the intended space and reviewing the product dimensions before purchase.

Consider furniture placement, doorway clearance, floor vents, walking routes, and surrounding space. Avenorea is not responsible for an incorrect size selection unless responsibility cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Safe Use

Rugs can move, curl, or create a trip risk if they are not placed and maintained correctly.

Customers should:

  • Place rugs on clean, dry, stable flooring.
  • Use a compatible nonslip rug pad where appropriate.
  • Keep edges and corners flat.
  • Avoid placing rugs where they block doors or create unsafe clearance.
  • Keep rugs away from open flames and excessive heat.
  • Clean spills promptly according to the care instructions.
  • Avoid using damaged rugs or backings.
  • Supervise children and pets where appropriate.
  • Customers are responsible for confirming that the rug, backing, cleaning products, and rug pad are compatible with their flooring.

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we issue confirmation of acceptance or begin fulfillment, subject to applicable law.

We may reject, place on hold, or cancel an order for reasons including:

  • Payment failure.
  • Suspected fraud.
  • Incorrect product or pricing information.
  • Inventory problems.
  • Delivery restrictions.
  • Incomplete customer information.
  • Legal or regulatory requirements.

If we cancel a paid order, we will provide an appropriate refund.

Prices and Availability

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We do not guarantee that a rug will appear identical under every lighting condition or on every display, or that it will be suitable for every room, flooring material, or personal preference.

Mandatory statutory warranties and consumer rights remain unaffected.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avenorea, its operator, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from the Services or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disaster, customs action, carrier disruption, labor interruption, supplier delay, government action, utility failure, or network outage.

We will make reasonable efforts to resume performance when practical.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Avenorea and its service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the location of the business operator, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer’s place of residence.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version with a new effective date.

Continued use after the revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance, except where additional consent is legally required.
