Payment Options

Avenorea provides the payment methods displayed during checkout. Available options may vary according to your location, currency, device, order value, and payment-provider eligibility.

Accepted Payment Methods

Eligible credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets, and other payment options will appear on the checkout page.

Only payment methods shown during your checkout are available for that transaction.

Card Payments

When placing an order using a credit or debit card, you confirm that:

  • The payment information is accurate.
  • You are authorized to use the selected card.
  • The payment provider may charge the final order total.
  • Your card issuer may perform security or identity checks.

Avenorea does not receive or retain your complete card number. Card information is handled by the payment services connected to our Shopify checkout.

PayPal and Digital Wallets

If PayPal or another digital wallet is available, you may be redirected to that provider to authorize the payment.

The provider’s own terms, eligibility requirements, and privacy practices apply to its service.

Currency and Bank Charges

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the store or at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may apply:

  • Currency-conversion charges.
  • International transaction fees.
  • Temporary authorization holds.
  • Other account-specific fees.

These charges are controlled by the relevant financial institution and are not collected by Avenorea.

Payment Authorization

An order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully authorized and the order confirmation has been issued.

We may cancel or place an order on hold if payment is declined, incomplete, reversed, or identified as potentially fraudulent.

Duplicate or Failed Payments

If an error appears after you submit payment, check your email and payment account before attempting another purchase.

If you believe you were charged more than once, contact service@avenorea.com and include your order details. Do not send complete card numbers or sensitive banking credentials by email.
